ALPINE COOKING al BRITE DE LARIETO

Mancano pochi giorni alla cena dedicata al libro ALPINE COOKING con Meredith Erickson, che si terrà al Brite de Larieto venerdì 31 gennaio.

In quell’occasione gli ospiti potranno degustare un menu dedicato alla scrittrice, tra cui proposte c’è anche la Panada, ricetta premiata sul Los Angeles Times.

Siamo molto onorati di essere stati scelti dalla scrittrice come location per presentare la nuova edizione di ALPINE COOKING, un libro di 350 pagine che racconta le storie e le ricette di tutte le montagne europee dell’arco alpino. È suddiviso per paese (Italia, Austria, Francia e Svizzera) e si completa di mappe geografiche, bellissime fotografie che raccontano lo stile di vita, la passione e l’amore di chi vuole mantenere vive importanti tradizioni montane.

We are few days away from the special dinner dedicated to Meredith Erickson and her book ALPINE COOKING. We are very proud and honored that Meredith has choosen El Brite de Larieto as official location for the special evening of Friday the 31rst of January, when she will present the new edition of this amazing book.

As my menu proposal, I have selected some of the most traditional receipts from Ampezzo, as well as my famous PANADA, a dish that got some recognition even on the L.A. Times. On that evening our guests will have the chance to explore in full details the most famous receipts from our land, as well as meeting the famous writer and traveller Meredith Erickson. Her book is the testimony of our old traditions and culinary excellances. Along with beautiful pictures, detailed maps and life stories ALPINE COOKING is a must for everyone that loves our Mountains and wants to discover most of its secrets.
